Our development team is growing, and we’re excited to bring on talented full-stack developers to help us shape the future of local government technology.   We are currently hiring experienced full-stack developers based in Medellín or Bogotá to join our fully remote team.   What You’ll Do: - Build and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Python, and JavaScript.   - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to ship high-quality features.   - Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and write clean, testable code.   - Communicate clearly in English, both in writing and on calls.   - Occasionally work Saturdays when needed to meet project deadlines.   What We’re Looking For: - 5+ years of professional experience as a software developer.   - Strong hands-on experience with React and Python.   - Proficient in JavaScript, including vanilla JS and modern ES6+.   - Comfortable working across both frontend and backend.   - Self-starter mindset able to work independently and take initiative.   - Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).   - Based in Medellín or Bogotá (remote work OK, but must be Colombia-based).   - Available to start soon and open to contract-based work.   Nice to Have: - Experience with SQL, REST APIs, or Flask/Django.   - Familiarity with Git workflows and agile environments.   - Prior experience in consulting or client-facing projects.
