We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to lead impactful campaigns, strengthen customer relationships, and optimize performance through Klaviyo automation.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Klaviyo workflows to boost engagement and enhance the customer experience.
- Segment and personalize audiences to ensure message relevance.
- Develop high-impact email campaigns, including follow-ups, nurturing flows, and abandoned cart recovery.
- Analyze campaign data, track performance, and adjust strategies to improve conversions and retention.
- Write engaging, persuasive email content (bonus for design skills).
- Align email strategies with broader marketing initiatives to create a seamless customer journey.

Requirements:
- Expertise in Klaviyo: building workflows, automations, and segmentation.
- DTC marketing knowledge: understanding consumer behavior and effective email strategies for e-commerce.
- Analytical mindset: ability to track data and refine strategies based on performance.
- Copywriting skills: capable of crafting compelling emails (design knowledge is a plus).
- Time management: ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
