We believe that by placing patients at the center of the record release process, data moves more ethically, easily and securely throughout the care journey, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to help make this vision a reality for millions more patients across North America.About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Technical Services Engineer with a strong background in medical imaging and healthcare IT to join our growing team. In this critical role, you’ll be the technical backbone for deploying, integrating, and supporting our imaging solutions across hospitals, imaging centres, and radiology groups.As a senior member of the Technical Services team, you’ll not only handle complex integrations and escalations but also mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical process improvements, and act as a strategic partner to product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, clinical workflows, and customer success — and is passionate about improving healthcare through better access to imaging.
