WHY THE OPENING?
As the Sales Enablement Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in addressing our key bottlenecks, from improving conversion rates to refining our sales processes. Your mission will be to empower our sales teams to perform at their best by ensuring they are well-equipped with the right strategies, materials, and processes to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Hire, onboard and train new sales rockstars joining Torre.
✅ Sales Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement process improvements that reduce inefficiencies and accelerate the path from lead to closed deal.
✅ Sales Training & Coaching: Develop and deliver training programs for SDRs and AEs to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to exceed targets.
✅ Content & Collateral Management: Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure the team has the right sales collateral, presentations, and resources to engage and convert prospects effectively.
✅ Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate strong communication and handoffs between SDRs and AEs to ensure seamless transitions and high conversion rates.
✅ Metrics & Reporting: Track key sales metrics (SQL to SAO, SAO to Won, Win Rates, etc.) and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
🚀 Proven Experience in Sales Enablement: At least 3-5 years in a Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS or tech company.
🚀 Expertise in Sales Processes & Tools: Deep understanding of sales cycles, CRM management, and sales enablement tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
🚀 Strong Communication & Training Skills: Ability to deliver impactful training sessions and coaching, ensuring that complex processes and strategies are easily understood and applied by the sales team.
🚀 Analytical & Data-Driven: Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, make informed decisions, and recommend improvements.
🚀 Collaboration & Leadership: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams. Leadership experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in scaling sales teams in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or related industries is a big plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

We expect you to commit to this role for one year. The experience you earn will enable you to grow into other roles, such as Associate Account Executive, Senior Account Executive or Team Lead at Torre or outside of Torre.
THE TEAM:
You’ll report directly to Jhon Camacho, our Head of Sales in Latam.
You’ll work closely with our AEs Team, our operations team, and our marketing team.
