We’re searching for a Virtual Assistant who thrives on detail and enjoys keeping things running smoothly in the background. What You’ll Do: * Upload and update products, images, and assets in our app and web dashboards. * Monitor and update product listings (fix out-of-stock items, broken links, expired content). * Respond to customer questions about orders, designs, and app use (via email/chat). * Coordinate updates between design and app teams. * Test the app for bugs or missing content and flag them early. * Keep content libraries and admin panels organized and accurate. * Prepare simple internal reports as needed. What You’ll Need: * Excellent written English (clear, warm, and direct). * Experience with backend dashboards (Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, or similar). * Detail-oriented and organized—accuracy is a must. * Comfortable using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and task management tools. * Bonus: Experience with Canva or Figma. Who You Are: * You anticipate needs and spot issues before they escalate. * You’re independent, reliable, and communicate well with remote teams. * You want to be part of something long-term—not just another gig.
