We're changing the way software development is done by making it accessible to everyone. We are looking for a candidate to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for job advertisement publications, screening resumes, updating job posts, using ATS for recruitment activities, and assisting TA Partners in recruitment drives. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email is required, along with good communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: - Publish job advertisements on social media, job search platforms, and job boards - Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on vacancies and requirements - Update job posts based on changes in vacancies or openings - Use ATS for all recruitment activities - Assist TA Partners in recruitment drives - Manage stakeholders and update existing trackers and database - Demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email - Possess good communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
