Lovingly has built a better way to buy flowers and gifts online. Our curated marketplace connects Gifters to independent florists across the U.S. and Canada. Equally important are the e-commerce technologies, tools, and support we deliver to our community of florist Partners. The result is an exceptional gifting experience every time. Lovingly is looking for a Business Process Manager to lead and manage business process analysis, design, and implementation to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The role involves identifying opportunities for hyper-automation and driving continuous improvement through AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies. The Business Process Manager will also oversee the gathering of requirements, document processes, identify areas for improvement, implement process training, conduct process flow analysis and mapping, and create policies and procedures. The role reports to the Co-CEO. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Identify opportunities for hyper-automation and drive continuous improvement through AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies - Oversee the gathering of requirements from stakeholders and document processes - Identify areas for improvement that can be automated - Conduct process flow analysis and mapping - Create policies and procedures to ensure processes are up to date and meet organizational requirements - Provide process training and support to employees - Collaborate with IT teams to integrate technology into business processes - Develop process-related reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
