NationSwell is seeking a Director to join their fast-growing team and support the nation's top purpose-driven organization leaders. The Director will lead relationships with Institutional Members, serve as a thought partner, and help shape the future of NationSwell's Institutional Membership. The role involves working with senior leaders from influential organizations and contributing to the growth and impact of NationSwell. Responsibilities: - Deliver an exceptional Institutional Member experience across a portfolio of accounts - Build trust and rapport with senior-level clients through regular touchpoints and communications - Uncover and support each member's unique needs to help them achieve their strategic impact goals - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve member offerings and enhance the member experience - Contribute to key internal systems and maintain up-to-date records - Identify opportunities for referrals and champion additional NationSwell offers - Act as an ambassador at conferences and events - Stay up to date on industry trends and partner priorities
