Dont worry, we will teach you what you need to know, and you will become an expert at subscription financial operationsHelp customers achieve their desired business outcomes while also driving customer accountability to complete onboarding projects in a timely mannerEstablish new customers as passionate champions for MAXIO because of their satisfaction with our product, processes and peopleCollaborate with management to refine onboarding processesStrive to continuously improve skills and demonstrate a willingness to learn and establish best practicesDesired Background and Experience4+ years in a customer-facing, account management or implementation role at a SaaS company2+ years driving projects and meetings via web conference and phone2+ years experience in manipulating and cleansing large volumes of dataAccounting & finance background in a recurring revenue business is highly valuedExperience helping customers implement B2B SaaS solutions is highly valuedExperience with integrating & enabling workflows across multiple B2B SaaS products is preferredUnderstanding of core JavaScript concepts, including object-oriented programming, and functional programmingHelp address API needs and define workflows utilizing Maxio APIs in order to enable Maxio customers development efforts.Top characteristics and traits for a successful MAXIO Technical Implementation ConsultantCurrent or former B2B SaaS CPAs looking to broaden their knowledge in financial operations and gain exposure to a wide variety of B2B SaaS finops company profilesTakes complete ownership of work; pride in every detailFlexibility to manage multiple, simultaneous onboarding projectsAbility to methodically and rigorously pursue solutionsExperience working with Rest APIs and writing effective technical documentationBasic coding ability in at least one programming language, ideally JavascriptStrong organizational and time management abilitiesOutstanding written & verbal communicationA technical inclination and ability to gain an in-depth understanding of softwareStrong troubleshooting instinctsA thirst for knowledge and growth in a dynamic, emerging company environmentA sense of urgency and persistenceThe adaptability to react quickly and meet customer and market needsDesire to be a critical impact player and connect your work to company resultsAbility to work well in a self-paced, remote environment independently and to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion
