This role is responsible for system administration, user provisioning, platform configuration, and operational incident response across cloud and analytics platforms. The Support Desk Administrator will proactively monitor environments, maintain system performance, enforce security policies, and support release and deployment processes using established CI/CD and change management procedures. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented technical professional with strong Linux/cloud administration skills and a passion for platform stability, security, and customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve issues which may require admin privileges and knowledgeBasic operational administration (setting up of permissions, folders, RBAC, policies etc) of all assigned Arkalytics systems (internal and client facing)Contribute to best practices that can be followed by the Support Services teamManage and contribute to Admin documentation for the Support Services teamUser provisioning (offboarding, onboarding, role changes) following Arkalytics policiesPart of Information security team responsible for Arkalytics platform securityEnsure security controls are in place at all timesPerformance tuning of systemsAdditional responsibilities as assignedRequirements2+ years of experience in a similar individual contributor roleBachelor's degree in a related field or comparable work experience is acceptable for this positionStrong experience working with Unix/Linux operating systems and administration of such systemsExperience with Tableau, PowerBI or another BI Tool is a mustExperience with cloud computing preferably AWS is preferredExperience working on a service desk in a customer facing support roleExperience with systems such as Snowflake, Jenkins, OpenVPN, Bitbucket, and Auth0Preferred ExperienceTableau Server or PowerBI level Certification or a different tier is preferredKnowledge of Git, Jira, Confluence, Slack in an agile environmentExperience working on a service delivery teamExperience working with financial institutions such as Credit unions, BanksAbout ArkatechtureAt Arkatechture, we love data — we play with it and learn from it every day, and we want you to love your data, too.We are a data consultation and services company specializing in data quality, visualization, and management, as well as customized enterprise-level solutions.
