Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of enterprise-level digital platforms. This role requires deep hands-on functional and manual testing expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute functional and manual test cases for AEM-based applications.
- Validate AEM templates, components, workflows, and content lifecycle (authoring, editing, publishing).
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in requirement reviews to ensure testability and quality coverage.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices throughout the SDLC.
- Provide clear and concise testing reports and status updates to stakeholders.
Must-Have / Non-Negotiable Skills
- Strong experience in functional QA and manual testing.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Proven expertise in test case design, execution, and defect management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Mandatory Platform / Technology Skills
- Hands-on experience with QA and test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Strong AEM knowledge, including:
- Templates and components.
- Workflows and content lifecycle.
- Creating, editing, testing, and publishing content.
Nice to Have
- Experience testing enterprise or large-scale CMS platforms.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-device testing.
