Requirements and responsibilities

About the Role We are looking for an organized, execution-focused Project Manager / Event Planner to help manage logistics for large-scale solar industry events similar to RE+. This role is critical in ensuring timelines, vendors, and deliverables stay on track before, during, and after events. Key Responsibilities - Plan and manage event timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Coordinate logistics with venues, vendors, sponsors, and internal teams. - Lead communication and coordination with scheduling speakers and special guests at a “white glove level”. - Track budgets, contracts, and vendor communications. - Maintain detailed project plans and status reports. - Support booth sales logistics, exhibitor coordination, and on-site execution. - Ensure deadlines are met and issues are resolved proactively. Requirements - 3–5+ years of experience in project management and/or event planning. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Experience managing multiple vendors and stakeholders. - Excellent written and verbal English communication. - Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar). Nice to Have - Experience with trade shows, conferences, or B2B events. - Familiarity with the solar, energy, or construction industries.
