OverviewWe’re seeking a dedicated Clinical Specialist to support the delivery of innovative therapies in the field of bladder and bowel health. This field-based role provides clinical and procedural support for neuromodulation treatments that help manage conditions such as:Overactive bladderNon-obstructive urinary retentionFecal incontinenceThese therapies offer patients meaningful improvements in their daily lives.As a Clinical Specialist, you’ll collaborate closely with healthcare providers to deliver surgical support, post-operative care, and technical expertise. You’ll also play a key role in clinical education, therapy troubleshooting, and working with cross-functional teams to optimize patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide in-person surgical support including equipment setup, intraoperative assistance, and post-op follow-upAct as the clinical expert for therapy setup, device programming, and patient educationEducate physicians, nurses, and clinical staff through in-services, 1:1 trainings, and workshopsStay current on product updates, competitive technologies, and best practicesSupport the sales team with clinical insight, product recommendations, and customer relationshipsMaintain documentation, manage product orders/replacements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standardsMentor and onboard new team members as neededPartner with regional and corporate teams to support broader initiativesQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degreeAt least 2 years of direct clinical or patient-facing experience (e.g., nursing, surgical tech, allied health)Preferred:Advanced degree (BSN, MSN, or related field)Hands-on experience with implantable devices or neuromodulation therapiesClinical or sales experience in urology, neurology, operating room settings, or home healthcarePrior work with a medical device or pharmaceutical companyStrong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilitiesExperience training or coaching clinical staffAbility to work independently in a fast-paced field environmentValid driver’s license and auto insuranceAdditional InformationThis is a field-based role with frequent travel within the assigned territoryMust be able to navigate clinical environments and lift/carry equipmentCandidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. — no sponsorship availableOur Commitment to DiversityWe believe in building a team that reflects the diverse communities and patients we serve.
