Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Define, refine, and manage the company’s digital presence across all relevant channels. Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns to drive enterprise and mid-market B2B growth. Build, mentor, and lead a growth-focused marketing team. Manage the marketing budget and optimize spend for maximum ROI. Organize events, webinars, and other initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and engagement. Negotiate with external vendors and partners to maximize marketing effectiveness. Oversee external communications, including press releases, thought leadership content, and brand messaging. Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue goals. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in IT infrastructure, managed services, or IaaS. Proven expertise in enterprise and mid-market B2B marketing strategy and execution. Strong knowledge of Citrix and VMware; familiarity with Azure, AWS, AI solutions, and cybersecurity offerings is a plus. Hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM/marketing automation platforms. Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience; additional specializations in project management or AI are a plus. Native English proficiency; basic French is an asset. Preferred Skills * Marketing certifications (HubSpot, Google Ads, AWS/Azure Fundamentals) are a plus. * Creative and strategic mindset, capable of delivering impactful campaigns with limited resources. * Strong analytical skills to measure, report, and optimize marketing performance. * Entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate and learn.
