Our clients include some of the largest banking, insurance and investment firms in the U.S.We are looking for a dynamic Quality Assurance Tester specializing in Manual testing and Script writing for an Omni Channel Banking Solution to join our team. You will work alongside high energy clients and business partners to deliver testing and analysis. An ideal candidate will have a background in a Banking Center Channel environment with experience in manual testing, frontend banking processes and technology, exceptional communication skills, and experience working within various software development lifecycles.This is a Remote, Full-Time position.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and maintain manual test scripts based on requirements, specifications, and user stories.Collaborate with QA Manager, QA Analysts, Business Analysts, Developers, and Vendors to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.Document and report defects using defect tracking tools, following established QA processes.Import and manage test scripts using Excel and QA tools.Participate in planning, requirement reviews, and test design sessions.Execute regression, integration, and functional tests for banking applications.Provide feedback on requirements and design documents to improve testability and quality.Work within Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid SDLC environments.About You3+ years' experience in Teller Systems, Sales and Service Platforms, Consumer lending, Digital banking, or Online Account Opening.Solid understanding of QA methodologies, defect tracking, test design and execution in service-oriented architecture environments.Strong proficiency in manual testing and script creation.Experience documenting and reporting defects in tools such as HP Quality Center (QC) for testing and administrationExperience with JIRA or similar project management tools.Strong Excel skills for managing and importing test scripts.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Our HistoryFounded in 2002, Hobbs Madison Inc. is a consulting firm specializing in technology and business solutions for the financial services industry.
