Design and develop ITOM solutions using ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, CMDB and related modules. Implement Certificate Inventory Management in ServiceNow. Lead workshops, requirement sessions, design reviews, and testing sessions with clients and stakeholders.
