Job DescriptionOne of our clients, a growing digital political firm, is seeking a Creative Strategist with strong hands-on editing experience to support fast-paced right-of-center political work. This role is fully remote and best suited for an editor-minded creative who can independently turn raw footage into compelling, high-performing digital content.The Creative Strategist will be responsible for concepting, scripting, editing, and producing short-form digital ads and rapid-response content. This role requires someone who can move quickly, think strategically about performance, and work both independently and collaboratively across creative projects.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying opportunities in raw and existing footage and turning it into contentWriting scripts and developing creative concepts aligned with messaging goalsEditing projects independently from start to finishCollaborating with other creatives by handing off projects or stepping in to complete work started by othersSourcing footage, locating clips, and using video assets to build compelling contentResponding quickly to time-sensitive requests and tight turnaround deadlinesDesirable experience and qualifications1 to 5 years of experience in video editing, design, or communicationsStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on After EffectsPrior experience with a campaign, political committee, or advocacy organization preferredComfort working under pressure in rapid-response or communications-driven environmentsStrong interest in and familiarity with the current media and political landscapeAbility to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on tight timelinesCompensationSalary: $55,000 - $75,000 depending on experiencePerformance-based bonus structureBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401kComputer setup providedUnlimited PTO
