Following Series E funding, Synthesia’s valuation stands at $4 billion.You’ll shape how Synthesia shows up in experiential moments around the world — from global events and physical environments to the digital experiences that surround them.What You’ll DoTranslate and expand Synthesia’s brand into physical and experiential environments globallyEvolve the visual design of our event presence — across trade shows, conferences, and owned customer eventsDesign booths, spatial environments, signage systems, print assets, and merchandise from design to productionDevelop cohesive event identities across physical and digital touchpoints (presentations, environments, social media posts, events web)Design for digital experiential moments (webinars, virtual events, launches)Storyboard and design motion and screen-based content for events and keynotesPartner closely with Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and raise the bar on how we show upProvide art direction and guidance to external vendors, agencies, and fabricatorsOwn production quality: manage print setup, supplier-ready files, and on-site execution standardsDesign at SynthesiaDesign at Synthesia exists to clarify, build trust, and make the work memorable. Designers are trusted to lead end-to-end, collaborate closely with partners, and ship work that holds up outside of Figma. For Experiential, this includes strong concepts and production discipline: systems, specs, file hygiene, and a high bar for what shows up on-site.What We’re Looking For6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or experiential design, with strong hands-on events experienceMultidisciplinary designer comfortable working across different mediums and crafts; excited about experimenting with new technologiesProven experience designing physical environments and real-world brand experiencesStrong visual craft across typography, layout, and physical-to-digital brand translationDeep knowledge of print production and large-format design (must)Fluent in Figma, with the ability to translate work into production-ready files in Adobe IllustratorExperience working across multiple mediums: physical, digital, and motionStrong sense of ownership — comfortable leading projects end-to-end in a low-process environmentA proactive, organised, and ownership-driven mindset — comfortable working autonomously in a small senior teamA producer mindset: balance creative ambition with feasibility, timelines, and budgetsComfortable collaborating with and directing external partners, vendors, and agenciesStrong communication skills and confidence presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholdersSystems thinker, able to create scalable approaches for global executionComfortable working across different types of projects while keeping experiential as a core focusExperience in B2B or tech environmentsNice to HaveExperience incorporating AI tools into your workflow to accelerate ideation, iteration, or content creationExperience building websites in no-code tools such us Framer/SplashBasic 3D modular designIndustrial design knowledgeLocation / working context🌏 Located EMEA Remote/London: Ideally London. Otherwise Europe (hub-based preferred). Working in the Brand Design team (team of seven brand and motion designers), in strong collaboration with Adela Posse. ✈️ Travel is required across Europe + US, with potential APAC in the future.
