REQUIREMENTS
* 6+ months of experience receiving traffic on purchases using advertising ad networks (pop-unders, banners, native, etc.).
* 1+ years of experience working with Facebook Ads.
* Recent experience in the Dating vertical.
* Technical skills: experience working with trackers (Keitaro or others).
* Advertising networks: Facebook Ads for FB Media Buyer; Exoclick, Traffic Stars, Traffic Junky, Traffic Factory, or others for ad networks.
* Cloaking: understanding of core principles with hands-on experience.
* Ability to work with different analytics and tracking systems (Keitaro, Binom, Facebook Analytics).
* Understanding of basic performance metrics related to conversions and purchases: ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, LTV.
