Requirements and responsibilities

• Identify, nurture, and close future deals with streaming companies and take successful new shows to market • Manage relationships with entertainment agencies and entertainment lawyers • Spearhead all video initiatives, concepts and formats from end-to-end • Secure commissions with broadcasters and develop potential co-production opportunities with other Production companies • Identify and engage with new talent, including writers, originators, producers, and directors • Pitch and produce ideas for new shows across multiple formats (daily and long form) • Lead and grow a fast-paced, high performing team
