Requirements and responsibilities


• Provide Sales Leadership and Management: • Lead key sales forecasting, account planning and business development opportunities Provide thought leadership to develop a high performing sales organization • Manage account and contact information through the entire sales lifecycle process using the company CRM • Create a culture of success and ongoing business development achievement by utilizing effective tools and methods in delivering sales targets, quotas, forecast and budget • Strategic Sales Planning: • Focus on go-to-market plans to targeted customers for each of the existing professional service and staffing offerings • Improve the current sales approach, methods, activities, benchmarks, and expectations that will ensure building the appropriate and accurate pipeline, and close rate. • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers of clients and prospects to initiate and secure consulting engagements. • Continually improve a sales strategy for consistent business growth. • Sales Execution & Performance: • Meet and build relationships with senior executives (C-suite) and leaders. • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the Company’s customer base. • Build a collaborative relationship with Marketing to create digital marketing strategies that fill the pipeline with sales qualified leads. • Craft sales proposals and RFP responses that articulate Impresiv Health’s value capabilities to win business opportunities • Facilitate client transition to Implementation and Account Services post-sale
