Requirements and responsibilities

• Oversee the organization’s approach to Application and Cloud Security, Enterprise Security, Technical Compliance, and Incident Response • Manage a Technical Compliance Manager, and have a dotted-line reporting relationship to an embedded Application and Cloud Security Engineer and Corporate IT Support Engineers responsible for account management, devices, and 3rd-party software. • Run our Security Incident Response process, including integrating with regulatory reporting requirements, and ensuring we meet our response time SLAs in a compliant manner • Work with our Corporate IT team to ensure account and endpoint security, especially in light of having an all-remote workforce • Work cross-functionality to ensure that the entire organization is following our Security Policies & Procedures so that we continue to have clean audits • Work with our Technical Compliance Manager to build and execute on our Risk Management program, ensuring that we properly understand the current biggest security and compliance threats to our business and our members • After a period of onboarding, serve as HIPAA Security Officer, responsible for the safety and use of PHI through appropriate policies and procedures.
