Virtual Wizards is recruiting for a boutique property management company in San Francisco that’s ready to build its growth engine from the ground up.This isn’t a “schedule some posts and manage social media” marketing role.We’re looking for a true growth marketer and builder who wants to take ownership of the entire marketing foundation.You’ll be the company’s first dedicated growth hire, working directly with the founders to:Own SEO and local search strategyBuild content and landing pages that actually rank and convertOptimize Google Business Profile and local listings for inbound leadsCreate lead magnets, funnels, and marketing automationsDevelop founder thought leadership and organic contentBuild the company’s brand positioning and voiceSet up GA4, attribution, and conversion trackingTest targeted outbound campaigns once the inbound engine is runningDocument the systems and playbook that a future marketing team can scaleThe company has grown primarily through referrals so far.
