The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and drive data-informed decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholdersTranslate business needs into clear functional and technical specificationsCollaborate with development, QA, and product teams throughout the project lifecycleCreate process flows, use cases, user stories, and other business documentationSupport UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions against requirementsFacilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessionsPrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholdersRequirements3–5 years of experience as a Business AnalystStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with requirement-gathering techniques and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently in a remote settingExperience working with cross-functional and distributed teamsBachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Nice to HaveExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
