Role: Product Analyst – CIAMWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to support a Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) product analysis, requirements gathering, user stories, research, data analysis, and CIAM.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements for the CIAM platform.Create and manage user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.Conduct product and CIAM-related research to identify business needs, user expectations, and improvement opportunities.Collect, identify, and analyze relevant data to support product decisions and requirements.Analyze existing authentication and authorization workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.Support integration of CIAM capabilities across relevant digital channels.Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and tested.Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and requirements validation.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.Strong experience creating User Stories and Epics.Hands-on experience with product research and data collection/analysis.Experience working on CIAM / Customer Identity and Access Management initiatives.CIAM experience writing and refining user stories and requirements.Strong understanding of CIAM concepts and digital identity.Knowledge of security protocols including: OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC).Understanding of Identity Provider (IdP) platforms.Knowledge of MFA policy design and adaptive/risk-based authentication.Foundational working knowledge of Splunk and SQL for querying, analysis, and reporting.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to support a Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) product analysis, requirements gathering, user stories, research, data analysis, and CIAM.
