Role Overview:
- Full-time Graphic Designer specializing in vehicle wraps, boat wraps, signage, decals, and large-format graphics.
Responsibilities:
- Design full and partial vehicle wraps.
- Create boat wraps, decals, banners, signs, and other large-format graphics.
- Turn customer briefs and project manager instructions into professional designs.
- Prepare production-ready files for printing and installation.
- Make revisions based on client and Project Manager feedback.
- Maintain organized design files.
- Track billable design hours accurately through ClickUp.
- Communicate proactively if a project requires more time than originally estimated.
- Follow established SOPs and production standards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong experience designing vehicle wraps, signage, or large-format print.
- Portfolio showing full wraps, partial wraps, and decal work.
- Strong Adobe Illustrator skills.
- Strong Adobe Photoshop skills.
- Experience preparing print-ready artwork.
- Good understanding of bleed, resolution, scaling, color matching, and print production.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Comfortable following structured workflows and detailed instructions.
- Reliable internet, computer, and dedicated workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Boat/marine wrap experience.
- Illustration or mascot/character design experience.
- Experience working with a US-based sign or print company.
- Experience using ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Previous experience working in a billable-hour environment.
