AnP32 Tech Solutions is looking for a proactive HR & Recruitment Associate to help us scale our tech staffing operations - from sourcing candidates to building relationships with client stakeholders.What you'll do:Post and manage job listings across LinkedIn and other job boardsScreen and shortlist candidates for technical rolesConduct initial candidate screening callsCold outreach to client stakeholders to generate new business leadsCoordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-upsMaintain candidate pipeline and hiring trackersWhat we're looking for:Prior experience in recruitment/HR, preferably in tech/IT staffingComfortable with cold outreach and candidate sourcingStrong communication skills - written and verbalSelf-starter who can work independently in a small, fast-moving teamFamiliarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, naukri, or similar platforms is a plus
