Responsibilities


We are seeking licensed mental health professionals to join a growing telehealth organization specializing in women’s mental health. This is an opportunity to provide meaningful therapy to women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum challenges, and other major life transitions.The role offers significant flexibility and autonomy, making it ideal for clinicians looking to supplement an existing practice or build additional caseload capacity. You’ll focus on patient care while a dedicated administrative team supports billing, credentialing, scheduling, and other operational needs.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and/or group therapy using evidence-based approaches.Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Manage an assigned patient caseload and take ownership of ongoing treatment plans.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record, with documentation completed within 48 hours.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.Provide compassionate, patient-centered care through a telehealth setting.Collaborate with other mental health professionals through case consultations and team meetings.Stay current with research, clinical practices, and developments in women’s mental health.Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards in all aspects of patient care.RequirementsActive and unrestricted license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC in good standing.Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy or clinical mental health care.Experience providing outpatient therapy is required.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Experience working with women’s mental health, particularly perinatal, postpartum, reproductive, or transitional mental health, is strongly preferred.Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable providing care independently in a remote/telehealth environment.Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical record systems is preferred.Strong commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care.Preferred QualificationsTraining or experience in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities.Previous telehealth experience.Specialized training or continuing education in women’s mental health.Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum mental health concerns, or other women's mental health conditions.What We OfferFully remote telehealth opportunityFlexible, autonomous schedulingMinimum commitment of 10 hours per weekOpportunity to supplement an existing practiceAdministrative support for billing, credentialing, scheduling, and ITCollaborative clinical environmentProfessional development and continuing education opportunitiesFocus on patient care without the burden of extensive administrative tasks
