Cold Caller/Lead Generator Responsibilities: - Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns to target prospects, initiating professional and consultative conversations. - Leverage your understanding of financial concepts such as life insurance, retirement planning, 401(k)s, and financial coaching to identify the right target audience and recognize client pain points. - Educate prospects on the value of financial coaching and life insurance protection, handling objections with confidence and empathy. - Successfully book qualified discovery calls and consultations for our financial advisors/coaches, ensuring high attendance rates. - Accurately log call notes, track lead statuses, manage follow-up sequences, and maintain data integrity in the CRM. Requirements & Qualifications: - Proven background or deep familiarity with the financial services industry, specifically life insurance, financial coaching, wealth protection, or retirement planning. - Candidates without industry knowledge will not be considered. - Proven experience in outbound B2C or B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or tele-sales. - Native or C2-level English proficiency with exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
