Our search expertise spans leadership, engineering, product, risk, compliance, quant and trading roles where deep industry knowledge matters. ## About the Role We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist – HFT & FinTech** to identify, engage and recruit highly specialised talent across global financial technology markets. You will work on searches spanning **quantitative research, quantitative trading, software engineering, trading technology, AI/ML, product, risk, compliance and leadership**. ## Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments. - Source and engage **passive candidates** through LinkedIn, research, referrals and specialist networks. - Build talent pipelines across **HFT, quant finance, FinTech and trading technology**. - Screen candidates for skills, experience, motivation and role fit. - Conduct market mapping and talent research across international markets. - Partner with clients and search consultants to deliver high-quality shortlists. - Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. - Manage multiple specialised searches from sourcing through offer closure. ## What We're Looking For - **3–7 years of experience** in talent acquisition, executive search or specialist recruitment. - Strong sourcing, LinkedIn and Boolean search skills. - Experience hiring for **technology, financial services or specialised/niche roles**. - Excellent candidate assessment and stakeholder communication skills. - Strong research ability and attention to detail. - Curiosity about **financial markets, quantitative finance, AI and technology**. - Ability to work independently in a high-ownership environment. ### Preferred Experience HFT • Quantitative Finance • Quant Trading • FinTech • Trading Technology • AI/ML • Capital Markets • Investment Banking • Risk & Compliance ## Why SYTalent?
