This role focuses on identifying high-impact AI opportunities, translating business needs into technical requirements, and leveraging Generative AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve operational efficiency.8/9 AM — 5/6 PM EST14:00/15:00 — 23:00/24:00 CETResponsibilities:Identify and analyze business processes, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities that can be optimized using AI technologies such as Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, RAG, and Large Language Models (LLMs)Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements for AI and automation initiativesCreate and maintain technical and functional documentation using AI-assisted frameworks and toolsWrite detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, Jira tasks, and Confluence documentation aligned with Agile delivery practicesParticipate in backlog refinements, sprint planning sessions, and cross-functional workshopsTranslate business goals into clear technical requirements and measurable success metricsUse Generative AI and copilot tools to accelerate the creation of BRDs, workflows, technical summaries, and internal knowledge basesValidate AI-generated outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and business relevanceAct as the communication bridge between business teams, developers, data scientists, compliance/legal stakeholders, and leadershipSupport change management initiatives, user onboarding, training documentation, and AI adoption across teamsRequirements:Strong proficiency in English (minimum B2 required)5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within software development environmentsSolid understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM-based workflows (required)1–2+ years of hands-on experience supporting AI, Data Science, Analytics, or Automation projectsStrong experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC processes, Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools such as Miro or VisioExperience writing business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentationStrong analytical thinking and problem-framing skills with focus on business outcomesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesAbility to critically evaluate AI-generated content and identify inconsistencies or hallucinationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related fieldRecruitment ProcessAI InterviewTeam InterviewFinal InterviewWe offer:Fully remote workCompetitive compensation Corporate learning and development opportunitiesWork in a highly professional, experienced international teamWe sincerely thank all applicants for their interest.
