Requirement: HIPAA CertifiedWork Setup: Permanent Work From HomeSchedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/weekAbout The Role:We’re looking for an experienced Medical/Dental Receptionist to join a growing U.S.-based healthcare practice.If you have strong experience managing high call volumes, scheduling patients, and delivering warm, professional communication, we’d love to hear from you.You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and HIPAA compliance.What You'll Do:Answer high-volume inbound patient calls (~250 calls/day)Handle new patient inquiries and general questionsSchedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments in EMR/practice systemsRoute, transfer, and log calls accuratelyRespond to patient emails and messagesTake detailed messages and follow up with patients or staffIdentify urgent patient needs and escalate appropriatelyCommunicate scheduling issues with the practice teamMaintain strict HIPAA & PHI complianceWhat We're Looking For:2+ years of U.S. healthcare or dental front-desk/receptionist experienceActive HIPAA Certification (or completed HIPAA training)Experience in high-volume call environmentsStrong phone etiquette and patient-centered communicationExperience using EMR/EHR or practice management systemsExcellent English communication skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressureMust-HavesDental, oral surgery, or specialty healthcare experienceWinOMS & Weave experienceNew patient intake experiencePatient account support experienceNice to Have:Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Curve experiencePlease note: This job post does not guarantee immediate client onboarding.
