The role
As our GTM Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution behind product launches, positioning, customer segmentation, and growth initiatives. You’ll work across product, marketing, sales, and customer success to make sure we reach the right customers with the right message at the right time.
What you’ll do
Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and market segments
Define customer personas, target segments, positioning, and messaging
Partner with product teams to translate product capabilities into customer value
Create launch plans, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing campaigns
Work with marketing to drive awareness, demand generation, and adoption
Collaborate with sales and customer success to improve conversion, onboarding, and retention
Analyze market trends, competitors, customer feedback, and campaign performance
Track GTM metrics and continuously improve strategy based on results
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, growth, strategy, or a related role
Experience launching products or entering new customer segments
Strong understanding of positioning, messaging, customer research, and demand generation
Ability to turn data and customer insights into practical action
Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
Nice to have
Experience in B2B SaaS, startups, or technology products
Experience working closely with sales teams or building sales enablement materials
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and customer research tools
Experience with pricing, packaging, or product-led growth
