Responsibilities

At Niuro, we're hiring a Senior Payload CMS Developer for a US tax software company. This is a focused, full-time contract for 1 to 2 months, 100% remote from Latin America, paid in USD. You will own implementation with minimal ramp-up and deliver in short iterations. What you'll do: - Build and customize Payload CMS features: collections, fields, globals, access control, hooks and custom admin components. - Design content models and APIs (REST and GraphQL). - Integrate backend services with React / Next.js applications. - Manage databases, authentication and media storage. What you bring: - 5+ years as a software developer, with production experience in Payload CMS. - Strong Node.js and TypeScript, solid React and Next.js. - Advanced MongoDB or PostgreSQL, API design, auth and file storage. - Git, code reviews and CI/CD; AWS and testing. - C1 English or higher. - Full-time availability for the whole project, with overlap with US business hours. Nice to have: Payload 3.x, Strapi / Contentful / WordPress, Vercel, SEO, performance and accessibility.
