We collaborate cross-functionally across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, forming a global employer brand and recruitment marketing team.About the RoleWe’re hiring an Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Lead to own DoorDash’s employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy and execution across key growth markets, with a primary focus on tech hiring and international expansion in markets like India and Brazil. This is a strategic and hands-on role. You will build regional employer brand strategies, launch recruitment marketing campaigns, advise stakeholders on talent positioning (including AI/ML and Labs), and execute high-impact storytelling across channels. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.BenefitsDoorDash cares about you and your overall well-being.
