Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Oracle PBCS Technical Consultant to join our team. This is a remote opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) implementations and enterprise performance management solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Oracle PBCS/EPBCS solution design, development, and implementation activities.Drive end-to-end implementation projects and guide project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.Configure and develop: Application Creation, Metadata Build, Planning Forms, Business Rules, Data Validations, Security & Workflow Configuration, Reports and Dashboards, Backup AutomationDesign and implement integrations using FDMEE, ODI, Data Management, and other Oracle EPM technologies.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting requirements.Prepare project documentation, including: Test Scripts, Integration Design Documents, User Manuals, Technical SpecificationsProvide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices throughout project execution.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS).Minimum 4 successful end-to-end Oracle PBCS/EPBCS implementations.Strong technical expertise in Oracle Planning and Budgeting solutions.Deep understanding of Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting business processes.Experience integrating PBCS/EPBCS with Oracle EPM/Hyperion and external source/target systems.Strong knowledge of FDMEE, ODI, and Data Management.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.Confident, proactive, and capable of leading client-facing discussions.Preferred QualificationsB.Tech, BE, MCA, or equivalent qualification.Experience with: Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting; EPM Profitability and Cost Management (PCM); EPM Account Reconciliation (ARCS)
