We're growing, we're acquiring, and we're building toward a category-defining platform in mortgage technology.We're looking for a Director of Product who can run the business while our VP of Product works on it. That distinction matters. This isn't a role for someone who needs direction at every turn. It's a role for someone who can walk into a complex, fast-moving product organization, earn the trust of engineers, customer success, and customers to become the operational center of gravity for everything we ship.ResponsibilitiesServing as the day-to-day PM lead on the AI Creator and MortgageCoach platform. Taking feedback, writing specs, driving sprints, and owning feature iteration through quantitative and qualitative input.Managing the product roadmap execution.
