In this role, you will craft clear, compelling content that helps members understand their care options, educates providers and community partners on Harbor's payvider model, and builds brand awareness across digital and print channels. You will work closely with clinical, operations, and insurance plan teams to translate complex healthcare concepts — including value-based care, benefit structures, and member engagement programs — into accessible, engaging communications.
