Requirements and responsibilities
The Client Relationship Executive serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal recruitment/operations teams for IT recruitment, AI data collection, and data annotation projects.Key Responsibilities:Manage all client communications, requirements gathering, and project updates.Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.Handle IT hiring requirements, candidate pipeline updates, interview coordination, and hiring status reporting.Support AI data collection and annotation projects by aligning client expectations with operational execution.Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and service levels.Manage client escalations and provide proactive solutions.Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams, allowing recruiters and operations personnel to focus on execution.Requirements:Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder coordination skills.Experience in IT recruitment, staffing, BPO/KPO operations, or AI data services.Strong project coordination and reporting abilities.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.interested please share your cv to sankar@velansys.com.
