The Role: We are seeking a results-driven Remote Recruiter specializing in Call Center / BPO hiring who is highly proficient in using Ceipal ATS. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, leveraging Ceipal to manage pipelines, track metrics, and source efficiently for high-volume customer support, technical support, and telesales roles. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain full data integrity within Ceipal ATS, ensuring jobs are posted, candidate profiles are meticulously tracked, and pipelines are updated daily. - Actively source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) directly integrated with Ceipal, as well as utilizing alternate networks and internal databases. - Conduct rapid initial screenings to evaluate candidates' communication skills, language proficiency, shift flexibility, and cultural fit. - Leverage Ceipal’s automated tools (such as mass emailing or texting features, if applicable) to engage, follow up, and minimize candidate drop-out rates. - Manage candidate pipelines right up to onboarding, ensuring strong joining ratios through consistent engagement. What We Are Looking For: - Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience in Bulk Hiring / Mass Recruitment specifically for Call Centers, Customer Service, or BPOs. - Mandatory, hands-on experience utilizing Ceipal ATS for pipeline management and candidate sourcing. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to engage candidates effectively. - A self-starter who is target-oriented and can operate independently in a fully remote environment.
