Entry to exit.Learn more: https://arootah.com/Who We’re Looking ForArootah is seeking experienced Heads of Business Development and senior growth leaders to join our advisor network and support clients across the alternative investment landscape.As part of the network, you may be engaged with hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices to provide strategic, project-based leadership across growth strategy, market positioning, partnership development, and business expansion initiatives.Core Areas of ExpertiseDeveloping and executing business development and growth strategies for alternative investment firmsSupporting market positioning, relationship management, and strategic partnership initiativesIdentifying opportunities to expand investor, client, and industry relationshipsPartnering with leadership teams on go-to-market planning and growth executionAdvising on pipeline development, competitive positioning, and business expansion strategiesSupporting fundraising readiness, investor engagement, and strategic communications initiativesWhat You BringPrior experience as a Head of Business Development, Investor Relations leader, or equivalent senior growth leadership role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family officeDeep understanding of the alternative investment industry and institutional relationship landscapeProven track record of driving business growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiativesStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environmentsImportant NoteThis opportunity is to join Arootah’s advisor network and is not tied to a specific active engagement.
