ROLE SUMMARYThe Project Manager independently manages the full lifecycle of small and medium-complexity SDLC projects, taking complete ownership of planning, execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction. This role begins direct people management, contributes to sales pursuits, and actively participates in internal PMO improvement initiatives.
