This is a part-time (20-30hrs weekly) hands-on production role for a designer who moves fast, sweats the details, and takes pride in work that both meets a brand standard and is optimized for conversion.You'll be the primary execution engine behind NewtonX's visual output — translating brand strategy into assets that show up across web, social, email, sales collateral, and events. You'll partner closely with the Creative Strategist (your direct manager) and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, demand gen, and sales teams to bring campaigns and programs to life.Success in this role hinges on your ability to work comfortably within a defined brand system, can move quickly, is AI-savvy, able to take feedback, can manage multiple concurrent projects, and wants real ownership over the visual quality of a growing B2B brand.You will report to the Brand Creative Strategist and collaborate with other marketing team members.Key Areas of Responsibility:Brand & Visual IdentityMaintain and evolve visual standards across all brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency in color, typography, layout, and toneProduce brand-compliant assets from scratch or by adapting existing templatesSupport ongoing brand governance — flagging inconsistencies and contributing to an ever-improving design systemDemand Generation & Campaign AssetsDesign multi-format campaign assets including display ads, social graphics, landing page visuals, and email headersWork from creative briefs to produce on-brand, conversion-oriented materials at speed.Collaborate with the Content and Demand Gen teams to ensure visual and copy alignment across campaignsWeb & DigitalProduce web-ready graphics, banners, and UI assets optimized for digital performanceSupport updates to the NewtonX website and digital properties with production-ready filesEnsure all digital assets meet accessibility and technical standards (file formats, resolutions, specs)Presentation & Sales EnablementDesign polished, on-brand slide decks, one-pagers, and sales materials that equip the sales team to communicate NewtonX's value clearlyBuild reusable presentation templates that non-designers can use independentlyWork with sales and marketing to translate complex data into clean, digestible visual formatsPrint & Event MaterialsProduce print-ready files for event collateral, signage, swag, and promotional materialsManage specs and file prep for external print vendorsSupport event presence and experiential design needs as they ariseCharacteristics of a Successful Candidate3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally in-house or at a studio working with B2B or tech brandsStrong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma. Experience with video editing or AI video software is a plus.A portfolio demonstrating range — campaign assets, digital, presentation design, and brand-aligned production work, including examples of data visualization or technically complex contentActively testing and using AI design tools with a willingness to experiment, share learnings, and help shape how NX Studio adopts new toolsFluency in working within an established brand system, not just creating from scratchAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality or missing deadlinesClear communication and a collaborative attitude — you ask good questions, flag blockers early, and keep stakeholders informedComfort working remotely and asynchronously across ET time zone.Experience with HTML5 display ads or basic motion/animation is a plus, but not required
