If you have relevant experience or a strong passion for these areas, we'd love for you to highlight it in your introduction video.RoleOur client is a character driven entertainment company operating at the intersection of comics, anime, animation, social media, technology, and digital entertainment.They are looking for a Production & Project Manager to help coordinate projects, support leadership, and keep operations running smoothly across multiple teams and initiatives.This role combines project management, production coordination and executive support. You will work closely with leadership, participate in meetings, track priorities, coordinate deliverables, and ensure projects continue moving forward efficiently.The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, an excellent communicator, and someone who naturally takes ownership.ResponsabilitiesTrack and manage multiple projects across content production, marketing, social media, creator partnerships, and technology initiativesMaintain project timelines, task lists, meeting notes, and action items across teamsFollow up with internal team members, contractors, creators, and external partners to ensure deliverables stay on trackIdentify bottlenecks and proactively assist in resolving issues before they impact project timelinesKeep leadership informed on project status, priorities, risks, and outstanding needsAttend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute summaries and action itemsSupport executives with scheduling, coordination, research, and project follow throughHelp organize priorities and maintain visibility across multiple company initiativesCoordinate communication between departments, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholdersServe as a professional point of contact for creators, partners, vendors, and collaboratorsCoordinate meetings, calls, and follow up communications to maintain momentum across projectsRepresent the company professionally through written and verbal communicationRequirements2+ years of experience in project coordination, production coordination, operations or executive supportStrong English communication skills (C1/C2), both written and verbalExceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsStrong interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligenceAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentHighly proactive, self-directed, and solution-oriented mindsetStrong attention to detail and follow throughComfortable collaborating with remote teams across multiple functionsHigly PreferredExperience within entertainment, animation, film, gaming, creator economy, comics, anime, social media, or digital media industriesExperience working with remote teams, contractors, and external partnersExperience using project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar platformsFamiliarity with social media, creator management, and digital marketing workflowsInterest in emerging technologyLocationRemoteAvailabilityPart-Time (20 hours per week)Must be available during U.S. Pacific business hours.While this role is structured to begin at 20 hours per week, there is flexibility to offer an immediate or accelerated full-time position to candidates who demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and project management capabilities.Compensation$8/hr – $15/hr
