The Operations Manager will support the day-to-day management of JRP's healthcare recovery operations. This role is responsible for workflow oversight, KPI monitoring, team support, operational reporting, process improvement, and ensuring efficient execution of recovery activities.  The ideal candidate is a strong people leader and organizer who can help drive accountability, consistency, and operational excellence across the team.Job Responsibilities:Operational OversightMonitor daily workflow and inventory movement.Assist with workload distribution and resource allocation.Track operational productivity and performance metrics.Identify workflow bottlenecks and escalate concerns.Support implementation of operational procedures and best practices.Team LeadershipProvide coaching and support to collectors and supervisors.Assist with onboarding and training activities.Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.Support performance management and employee development initiatives.Promote accountability and teamwork.Reporting & KPI ManagementMonitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPI performance.Prepare operational reports and productivity summaries.Assist leadership with performance tracking and trend analysis.Coordinate follow-up on action items and operational initiatives.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.Assist with documentation of procedures and training materials.Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives.Participate in cross-training and business continuity efforts.Qualifications and Requirements:3-5 years management or supervisory experience.Strong organizational and communication skills.Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.Healthcare, collections, insurance, or revenue cycle experience preferred.Compensation and Benefits:Salary range is $65,000 - $70,000 per year (DOE)Benefit package with health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage options401(k) retirement plan option with company matchingGenerous paid time off policy - start with 18 days per yearPaid holidays immediately upon hire - 7 standard holidays & 2 floating holidays of your choiceWe look forward to you joining our team!
