We are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales to execute our sales strategy while working closely with the VP of Sales to ensure growth, productivity, and alignment with our overall business objectives.Position Summary:The Director of Sales is an individual contributor sales position responsible for executing and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the sales process, customer relationship management, and market trends. The Director of Sales will work closely with the management team to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and ensure sales objectives are met.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies accordingly.Drive revenue growth: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide insights to the executive team for decision-making.Sales planning and forecasting: Develop sales plans and budgets and monitor progress against targets. Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior management. Review and analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate actions.Sales team development: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets and career growth. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and performance.Customer Relations management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service. Identify customer feedback and market trends to drive product development and improvements. Act as a key point of contact between customers and the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product management, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
