This role will establish the operating model that underpins all insurance product development and launches - bringing structure, predictability, and accountability to a rapidly evolving environment.As a key cross-functional leader, you will own the end-to-end insurance operations strategy, ensuring alignment across Product, Partnerships, and Underwriting, and enabling the business to execute efficiently at scale.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the operating model for insurance product development and launchesBuild scalable, repeatable processes that enable efficient execution across teamsEnsure disciplined execution against timelines, dependencies, and launch readinessServe as the primary point of coordination with underwriters on product scope, requirements, and timingEstablish and enforce clear documentation and operational standardsDesign and implement a structured QA framework for insurance productsIdentify gaps, reduce operational risk, and continuously improve systems and workflowsRequirements10+ years in insurance, with deep experience in travel insuranceProven leadership in building and scaling operational functions or programsStrong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experienceExperience working closely with underwriters and external partnersHighly structured thinker with strong operational and program management discipline
