We’re looking for a Power BI Developer to join our Big Data product team at Kyivstar. You’ll be responsible for building and supporting advanced dashboards that drive insights for both internal stakeholders and external clients. The role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable intelligence.Responsibilities:Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reportsTranslate business needs into data models, KPIs and visual solutionsWork with large-scale data environments (Azure, AWS, Hadoop or similar).Collaborate with Product, ETL and Data Science teams to deliver accurate, scalable reportingOptimize data pipelines and dashboard performanceProvide ongoing support and enhancements to existing BI solutionsStay up to date with BI best practices and introduce innovative reporting approachesRequirements:3+ years’ experience as a Power BI Developer or similar BI/analytics roleStrong background in data warehousing, ETL and data modelingAdvanced SQL skills for querying and optimizationExperience with data architecture and engineering in enterprise-scale environmentsProven ability to design intuitive, user-friendly dashboardsSkilled at translating business needs into analytical solutionsStrong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail mindsetMicrosoft Azure Fundamentals certification (or similar) is a plusInnovative, proactive and able to communicate insights effectivelyWhat we offer:A unique opportunity to work with the largest and most trusted mobile operator in UkraineRemote work format with the option to visit our Kyiv officeCompetitive salary and annual performance-based bonusPaid sick leave and vacationFlexible working hoursComprehensive medical and life insuranceGreat opportunities for professional development and career growthFriendly, collaborative and innovation-driven team culture
