We have an in-house content team that creates thousands of human ads a month with the goal of driving efficient growth for our clients. Our ads are seen by hundreds of millions of people. One in ten people with a phone has seen a newform ad.THE ROLEAs a playable ads editor, you will be responsible for executing the vision set by creative strategist. You will be responsible for turning game or app concepts into HTML5/Unity/Cocos-based interactive ad creatives, from prototype to final build, optimized for performance, engagement, and ad network requirements.RESPONSIBILITIESBuild interactive playable ads using Unity or other similar toolsCreate simple gameplay mechanics strictly for ad purposesOptimize playables for performance and ad network requirementsCollaborate with designers and US-based creative strategistsREQUIREMENTSMUST have hands-on experience with creating playable adsStrong traditional editing skillsStrong communication and organizational skillsA sharp eye for what makes a winning paid ad creativeAbility to manage creative production workflowsBENEFITSThis is a full time remote position.Competitive compensation based on geo.Competitive bonus (top editors earn 500/mo in bonuses)
