- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses, with a focus on why results differ and what actions to take next.
- Support strategic initiatives such as pricing analysis, provider capacity planning, and business cases.
- Partner closely with operational and clinical leaders to understand business drivers, translate performance into financial implications, and guide decision-making through scenario analysis and clear recommendations.
- Work with Accounting on expense management and cash flow planning, and with Human Resources to track and forecast workforce growth.
- Improve financial processes, tools, and reporting efficiency.
- Assist in selecting and implementing an FP&A tool.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and decisions.

- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically financial partnership with clinical operations teams.
- Prior experience in a startup or PE/VC-backed company.
